Vision

Glory Maritime adopts an aggressive and yet prudent approach in its course of expansion. The group’s fleet management style has always been proactive and the highest importance is paid to fleet maintenance and safety management, which is also put to its highest standard – a fact that has been highly recognised and regarded by its clients.

Mission

Dedicated to pursuing perfection, the company is meticulous to meeting every facet of clients’ criteria. Our commitment to clients was highly reflected in the course of fulfilling the contract John Koo secured with ExxonMobil in 2001. He spared no effort in overseeing the construction progress and quality of workmanship by paying constant plant visits.

Services

The Company is committed to a quality policy, which ensures that technical services meet commercial requirements. To accomplish this the Company has established an evaluation procedure, extending from the initial enquiry of ship purchase or construction, to the formal signing of Memorandum of Agreement of Building Contract and throughout the term of the Charter Party.

The Company believes that quality is most effectively maintained by well organised planning as well as eliminating potential causes of error. For safe and efficient operation of ships, this is achieved by total commitments of all persons ashore or onboard to maintain high standards of Safety, Quality and Environmental Protection exercises, with regular audits and analysis in order to identify opportunity for improving and cost effectiveness.

The Company ensures that all employees are aware of this policy and the part they play in implementing its principles and attaining its objectives. This is achieved by ongoing training and development, which ensures the Company’s commitment to quality is efficiently communicated and maintained.
